3.82 Maternity Paid Leave
Pratts offers 3 paid maternity leave days for full-time employees who either are pregnant or whose spouse is pregnant. These days can be used at any time from the first day of the third tri-mester of the pregnancy to 7 days after the birth of the child. This policy is meant to help reduce the loss of pay that can occur from time needed off for the birth of a child.
This policy does not take away from the Pregnancy Disability Leave policy [6.07], but adds additional benefits not stated therein.
