3.16 Health Insurance

Pratts' health insurance plan provides employees and their dependents access to medical insurance benefits. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the health insurance plan on the first day of the month following six months as a full-time employee.

Eligible employees may participate in the health insurance plan subject to all terms and conditions of the agreement between Pratts and the insurance carrier.

Pratts will pay one-half of the eligible employee's premium. Employee's half is to be paid by payroll deduction, paid in advance of coverage. Contact the owner for more information about health insurance benefits.
